Download Policy

If you download a book and have any issues, that book will be replaced. Unlike ordering via kindle, you own
​ that copy permanently. You can email it to a kindle or access in any ereader app you choose. 

Refund Policy

Any retail-purchased books are fully refundable or returnable if unsold after 6 months with no cost to you. I will automatically schedule an email to check on this when you order direct.

 

Private purchases can be refunded within 60 days if the item is in new or like new condition. You'd be responsible for return shipping. just email me at sill (at ) o r i a p r e s s . c o m
